This is where your story begins ... it is when you may start to feel nervous but don't worry its normal! We arrive in the morning from when you request us, it's always best to arrive after the makeup artists so they can begin hair and makeup. This is our prime opportunity to document the preparations and gather together all the details such as; rings, invitations, flowers, shoes and little sentimental possessions you have on the wedding day that means a lot to you. As photographers we have a chance to get to know you and your bridal party a little bit better than if we went straight into the ceremony. You will start to feel comfortable and used to us snapping our cameras but blending in with the party ourselves as we just want to fit in and not be a bother!
It's perfect to capture preparation when there are two photographers so then you can both be documented. One of us will head over to the groom and the other will stay with the bride, that way you have best of both worlds and its fun to capture both ( see who is most organised haha)
Also you have made so much effort on getting all these personalised items for yourselves, your bridesmaids and groomsmen, it would be a shame if you didn't get it all captured on camera. Sometimes the most laughter is seen before the wedding begins just when you are surrounded by your nearest and dearest. A first look with your Dad or bridesmaids is always a lovely moment to capture (just saying).
It also gives us a chance to get some sneaky bridal party photographs before anyone sees you.
